蠔油炆雞翼


1. 雞翼用胡椒粉、老抽、生抽、糖和少許雞粉醃最少30分鐘。

2. 爆香薑數片,下雞翼爆炒至金黃後灒酒。

3. 用蠔油、糖和鹽調味,加入清水適量拌勻煮滾。

4. 轉中小火炆雞翼約10分鐘至全熟,加入蔥段兜勻,埋芡即成。

  3. yes, chicken wings is so cheap here!!!!  i will try this oyster sauce next time, since i normally make coke sauce, it's getting a bit boring now!!!  thanks!!

    i have a few other chicken wing recipes (i have the coke one as well~) - fish sauce, tom yum, 南乳, 土匪, stuffed chicken wings........just in case you are interested!

    有個疑問...其實點解會吾一樣呢...大家都係急凍雞翼之ma....我哋果邊啲急凍野咪又係外地運過黎...真係" R "晒頭...

    依個雞翼已經叫做上色嘞! 有網友整咗豉油雞,得d毛孔有色咋.......
